A Miracle Product That Does What it Claims to Do
May 21st, 2015

I first encountered this product at Bark 'N Purr pet store in Austin, TX. Initially, I balked at the over $20 price tag. Having purchased many a "miracle" stain removing products in the past only to be underwhelmed, I was skeptical. But when we got a new pup shortly after moving into a new house, I broke down to see if it was as good as the salespeople said it was. When I used it the first time--to clean some dog puke on our silk Oriental rug--it foamed up, and ten minutes later everything was gone. Stain, smell, everything was gone. I continued to religiously buy this product after leaving Austin, only to find it in Houston, where merchants also raved about it. Now I live in South Carolina and I buy it on Amazon. With two young kiddos, it comes in just as handy as it does for my dogs.

This stuff works on urine, blood, poop, and any other mess your pet (or kid) can throw at you. My kid spilled some breast milk on the floor mat of our car one day. The next day, after the car had been baking in the Texas summer heat, I almost fell over when the smell hit me. I applied Eco-88 a half dozen times until the spot no longer foamed up when I applied it, and the smell was finally gone. I have used it on a number of different fabrics--silk, wool, cotton, microfiber and other synthetics and never had an issue. The only fabric it discolored was some cotton velvet--which I knew it was probably going to discolor, but applied anyway.

At the end of the day, there are few miracle products out there. And this isn't an all purpose stain remover--but it does exactly what it claims to--eliminate pet stains and odors. Highly recommend.
