This stuff is a life saver if you have a puppy or pet that has accidents. Works great on new or old stains. Just soak up as much of the mess as possible and spray afterwards to remove urine smell. Our 9 mo chihuahua is not housebroken yet and this is great for eliminating stains and odor. The best part is it's unscented so doesn't leave a scent behind as if you are trying to mask the odors. We switched from Nature's Miracle to Eco-88 after is was recommended by a friend.
